"My wife had bought a medal box for me and I love it, so I wanted one for my Dad's medals. I placed the order, with the information I wanted on the lid. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call from Craig, to discuss the engraving requirements. He offered some great advice, but advised one of the badges he didn't have an image. I advised him that was my Dad's favourite Regiment. Craig said leave it with him and he will see what he could do. 20 minutes later I received an email from Craig, with two option for the engraving. The first option included the badge of my Dad's favourite regiment. After I suggested one change, 10 minutes later I received an email with the updated version of the engraving. It was exactly as I wanted it, so approved the go ahead. Two days later, the medal box arrived and it was magnificent. I can't thank Craig enough, for how he managed to order and the excellent standard of his workmanship."
