The medal box was of high quality, as well as the service provided and the personalised engraving is detailed. Admittedly I was excited to open the mail, being that I’m ex RAE and I was impressed with the product. Any former/current serving members or family looking for a suitable place to keep there medals for future generations I’d recommend Murphys.
The large medal box was ordered from Murphy's of Healesville after some preliminary emails and a phone call to determine the best layout for the engraving. The total timeframe was 8 days to have the beautiful presentation Jarrah box for my paternal Grandfather's medals and other items, in my hands.Craig gave good advice and was very prompt with his communication.This is now a family history heirloom that can be shared with my spread out family. The reusable travel package box is excellent.I highly recommend Murphy's of Healesville.
Incredibly fast response, my box arrived only a couple days after setting the details. They were very helpful with the arrangement of the engraving on the lid. The box is made superbly and it looks magnificent.
