Refund and Returns Policy

The wood used in our products is a sustainable natural resource and will occasionally present with such natural features as knot holes, gum lines and irregular growth rings. In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will readily replace our products if our workmanship is faulty, but will not exchange them if the jarrah exhibits an inherent feature which is natural to this medium.

If you would like to exchange or return your purchase for another product, please return your original order at your expense in good condition and in the original packaging, and we will be only too happy to replace it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products returned that have been laser engraved according to approved artwork unless the product is faulty or has been damaged during the delivery process.
